In our digital world, communication can easily get lost. In early Q4, I created desk drops for an organization to communicate upcoming programs for learning & development. Engagement in these programs was +48% over digital communication methods.
I create digital market elements to be placed on monitors in our global offices, Slack channels, intranet, and pretty much anywhere I can impose them on people for visibility.
Working with software like Canva allows me to deliver consistent branding with features & elements that surprise & delight for engagement.
We ended our relationship with our Learning Management System vendor. In this sample, I shared the information and interim site with our 900 employees.
