From the preboarding survey, I create these GTKYHN Documents. I send these to the managers to view before their new hire starts. In an over-titled & under-skilled workforce, these have elevated onboarding experience by 32% of new hires "Strongly Agree" their onboarding was effective & elevated Year One retention by 23%.!
