As a Global Director of Organizational Development, I build Human + Agentic workforce systems that integrate AI, leadership, PX, & culture into everyday practice. I specialize in turning transformation strategy into scalable, human-centered experiences that drive adoption, shift behavior, elevate performance, & revenue.


My career spans tech/SaaS, media, retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, & entertainment - giving me a multi-lens view of organizational challenges & the ability to design solutions that are both innovative, future-focused, & operationally grounded.


Through my work with various medium to large organiations, I’ve developed full-cycleearly career & leadership programs, role-based AI fluency frameworks, & gamified learning tools that operate as real systems that create change & performance improvement in the flow of work - not just a pretty slide deck.


I am currently open to full-time, permanent hybrid (based in the NYC-Metro area) or Remote roles.
