How I'm Designing, Evaluating, & Iterating Content in This New Era

I design & lead AI-enabled organizational development strategies that move companies from AI curiosity to enterprise-level capability. 


I focus on building the infrastructure for a Human + Agentic workforce - translating complex concepts like AI fluency, governance, prompt design, & organizational readiness into practical, embedded experiences that scale across the business.


My portfolio of interactive tools spans diagnostics, governance guardrails, prompt libraries, & learning hubs that are intentionally built to drive clarity, accountability, & behavior change - not just awareness. These solutions enable leaders and teams to adopt AI in ways that are tangible, responsible, & directly connected to how work gets done, decisions are made, & value is created.


By integrating data, feedback loops, & usage analytics into every tool, I generate real-time insight into how people work, how learning translates into performance & behavior, and where friction exists in adoption. This allows me to continuously refine programs & operating models to better support revenue growth, leader & team effectiveness, and large-scale culture and change initiatives—ensuring AI and OD investments deliver measurable, organization-wide impact.
