I work closely with global business leaders/stakeholders, [C-Level, HRBP, DEIBA, & IC business partners] in PEOPLE-FIRST organizations to create, design, facilitate, and execute blended learning and development curricula, programs, and experiences (through social & silent learning initiatives) that engage people and that are tied to business strategy on a global scale. I can 'zoom out' and keep the strategic focus on scaling for growth, proactive employee engagement, and retention of high-performance individuals.
My experience includes working hand-in-hand with broader PEOPLE leaders on projects, curricula design, sourcing right-fit platforms/vendors, in-person and virtual facilitation, talent & performance management, and initiatives to cultivate an optimistic, collaborative, & human culture & people-first practice that creates next-gen leaders for the Future of Work.
